Legend: 'CESAR . DVC . DE . VANDOSME .' Reverse: An eagle flying (right) over a city surrounded by hills. Groups of stars above, with clouds between them. Legend: 'NEC . VIRTVS . NEC . DEFICIT . AETAS.' (Defecient neither in courage or experience.) Exergue: '1652.'
