Reverse: Legend, 'PREMIER DÉPART DES INSURGÉS.' Inscription: '531 EMBARQUENT AU HAVRE A BORD LA FRÉGATE L'ULLOA LE 8 AOUT 1848.' (At the first embarkation 531 insurgents were put on board the frigate Ulloa at Havre.)
