Pair of Admiral of the Fleet's shoulder straps belonging to Adm-Fleet Terence Thornton Lewin (1920-1999). Twill woven cotton viscose secured by three press studs. The Admiral of the Fleet sleeve lace on the front. For wear with working dress, action dress or other garments fitted with shoulder flaps not specified in ZBA4331.
