Reverse: A winged Victory in a helmet, a beflagged spear in her right hand and a palm branch in her left, standing in front of an antique galley, a shield (left), a pirate, prostrated, at her feet (right). Legend: 'DE PIRATIS TURCA SPECTANTE.' (Defeat of pirates in the presence of the Turkish fleet.) Exergue: 'AD INS . CHIO . M . DC . LXXXI .' (At the Island of Chios, 1681.)
