Medal commemorating the invasion of England, 1804. Obverse: Head of the Emperor Napoleon I laureate (right). Legend: 'NAPOLEON EMPEREUR.' Reverse: Hercules standing strangling a lion with a rope. Legend: 'EN L'AN XII 2000 BARQUES SONT CONSTRUITES.' (In the year XII 2000 barges were built.) These were for the invasion.
