Octagonal blue transfer-printed commemorative plate depicting a memorial to Nelson within an 8-pointed star made up of two overlapping squares. A memorial inscribed 'Nelson' with an urn and a profile of Nelson, dolphins, lion, flag, anchor, tridents, with a female figure mourning beside it, and the fleet in the background. The border of the plate is printed with exotic seashells.
