Leather oversuit of hooded jacket and trousers.
Used on Nares' Arctic expedition 1875. Belonged to Lieutenant A A C Parr, HMS "Alert". Leather suit comprising comprising coat and trousers. The coat is single breasted, belted, and with a hood. It is lined with red wool fabric. The trousers are flap fronted with a waistband lined with cotton fabric. The ends of the legs are gathered. Garments have horn buttons.
