Within a raised circular border on a smooth background is a post-1901 crown over a fouled anchor with the rope appearing from under the right-hand side of the stock to go over the shank to the left and then under the shank to the right and finishes under the right arm. Within a raised circular border on a lined background is a pre-1901 crown over a fouled anchor with the rope appearing from under the right-hand side of the stock, it then goes over the shank to the left and then back under the shank to the right and finishes under the right arm.
