Medal commemorating the visits of the Anglo-French fleets, 1905. Obverse: The King's bust, nearly full face, crowned, with ermine mantle and collar of the Garter. Sceptre held up by right hand. Legend: 'EDWARD . VII . D . G . REX . ET . IMP'. Reverse: Britannia, crowned and in mantle, and France, laureate, clasping hands. Behind them two men-of-war steaming inwards. Legend: 'THE FRENCH & BRITISH FLEETS EXCHANGE COURTESIES.' Exergue: 'BREST-PORTSMOUTH 1905.'
