Medal commemorating King Ferdinand IV re-established at Naples, 1799. Obverse: Bust of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) in pigtail and full uniform (left). Legend: 'HORATIO VISCOUNT NELSON . K.B. DUKE OF BRONTE &C.' Reverse: A line-of-battle ship entering the Bay of Naples. Royalist forces advance towards the fleeing enemy. Above, Fame with trumpet holds a medallion with Nelson's bust (right), inscribed: 'HOR . NELSON DUCA BRONTI.'
