Legend in Cyrillic (Emperor Peter I, Emperor Nicholas II). Reverse: A draped woman (left), seated on the end of a stone pier, holds aloft a burning torch and grasps with her other hand a rudder. At her feet a jar on its side from which pours water. In the distance a modern battleship. Legend in Russian (Ministry of Marine 1802-1902).
