Reverse: Niobe crushing under her feet an eagle; another in flight about to attack her (left), a flag at half-mast (right). Legend: 'DER 69 GETREVEN DER 'NIOBE' BEKLAGT DEN VERLVST.' (Niobe bewails the drowning of her 69 faithful ones.)
