Reverse: Spanish royal arms crowned within columns entwined by a scroll, bearing the words PLUS / ULTRA.. Legend: 'HISPAN . ET IND . REX . M . 8R . F . M .' (Mexico City). Engraved: 'E.Williams 1st Lieut.' Pierced and fitted with a ring.
