Rectangular shaped ingot. Obverse: Port broadside view of a Pechili junk, sails set. Inscription: 'PECHILI JUNK'. Reverse: Inscription, 'PECHILI JUNK Twentieth Century. The ancestry of the Pechili junk, which carried cargo between Pechili Gulf ports, Southern China and Malaya, can be traced back more than 1, 000 years. Extremely strong and seaworthy, this type of ship, distinguished by its five masts and stern gallery, remained in use until the 1930s.'
