Legend: 'ENGLAND EXPECTS EVERY MAN WILL DO HIS DUTY'. Inscription: 'No.' Reverse: Port-quarter view of a three-masted ship partially dismasted driving on the rocks. Legend: 'SHIPWRECKED MARINERS SOCIETY . 1880'. Membership token issued annually as receipt for subscriptions. Pierced with hole for suspension. Fragment of blue ribbon attached.
