Obverse: Head of Queen Victoria with a diadem, hair tied in a knot (L). Legend: "VICTORIA REGINA". Reverse: Winged Victory standing (L) crowning with a wreath a seated warrior (R). Suspended from a cusped bar ribbon of three scarlet and two blue stripes. Bar: "PERAK". Inscr. on edge "C. DURHAM ORD. H.M.S.CHARYBDIS".
