Crimea War Medal 1854
Obverse: Head of Queen Victoria with a diadem, hair tied in a knot (L). Legend: "VICTORIA REGINA". Below "1854". Reverse: Victory flying (R) crowning with a laurel wreath a Roman soldier standing (L) with shield and short sword. Inscrription "CRIMEA" (vertical, L) Suspended from a foliated bar and pale blue ribbon edged with yellow. Bars: "SEBASTOPOL", "AZOFF". Inscription on edge: "ROBERT EVANS, H.M.S. STROMBOLI".
