"Windsor Castle" Medal 1823
Obverse: Within a laurel wreath tied with a bow, bust of King John VI of Portugal, laureate, in long wig and mantle. Reverse: Within a garland of palm-leaves tied with ribbon and bow, the inscription :"FIDELIDADE AO REI EA PATRIA 1823". Legend Reverse: on silver border, inscr. incuse: "GEORGE LESTER, CAPT. FORECASTLE H.M.S. WINDSOR CASTLE". Fitted with a loop.
