Obverse: Britannia standing on the shore, her right arm upraised and beckoning, an anchor (R) a ship in the distance (L). Reverse: Legend: "ENGLAND EXPECTS EVERY MAN TO DO HIS DUTY". Inscription: "Presented to J.Moore 27 June 1896 on board the Training Ship "Exmouth" for special good conduct". (Name incuse). Fitted with a ring and dark blue ribbon.
