Africa General Service Medal 1902-1910
Obverse: Bust of King Edward VII in military uniform, cloak, order and medals. Legend: "EDWARDVS VII REX IMPERATOR". Reverse: Britannia standing (R) in a helmet, a lion behind her, a trident in her right and a palm branch in her left hand pointing towards the rising sun. Exergue: "AFRICA". Bar: "ARO 1901-1902". Inscription on edge: "135006 LDG. STOKER W. BROCK H.M.S.THRUSH". Suspended from a clasp and yellow ribbon edged with black with two narrow green stripes.
