Volunteer Reserve Decoration 1919-1936
A badge. Within a cable tied in a knot below (silver) the royal cipher G.R. in the form of a monogram, a small V within it, a royal crown above, (all silver gilt). Hallmarked and inscription on reverse: "J.H.KEELER, SKIPPER, R.D., R.N.R., W.S.C.103". Suspended by a loop and a ring from a blue ribbon with a narrow central green stripe edged with scarlet.
