Volunteer Reserve Decoration 1953-1958?
A badge. Within a cable tied in a knot below (silver) the royal cipher "E.II.R." in the form of a monogram, a small "V" within it, a royal crown above, (all silver gilt). Fitted with a loop and ring. Specimen without ribbon but worn with green ribbon (R.N.R.) or blue ribbon with a narrow central green stripe edged with scarlet. (R.N.V.R.post 1919). In fitted 'Royal Mint' box of issue. As awarded to RNR and RNVR Officers.
