Jug
Baluster jug with a relief medallion below a plain lip inscribed 'ADMIRAL RODNEY'. Admiral Sir George Brydges Rodney (1719-1792) is shown in profile within oak branches, the whole painted green. The surface of the jug is decorated with combed marbling in brown and ochre. It has green reeded rims and a flared foot. A green painted metal handle is attached to a metal framework around the body of the jug, one band running through the medallion.
