Legend: "HEARTS OF OAK BENEFIT SOCIETY". Exergue: "ESTABLISHED 1842". Reverse: an oak wreath secured at the bottom by a knot surrounds the Inscription: "PRESENTED TO---- AS A TOKEN OF RESPECT FOR HIS SERVICES TO THE SOCIETY".
