Obverse: Bust of King George V, crowned and robed (L). Legend: "GEORGIVS V REX ET IND: IMP:". Reverse: A wreath of laurel with inscription. Inscription: "FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE SPECIAL CONSTABULARY". Inscription on edge: "GEORGE H. JONES". Suspended from a straight clasp by a red ribbon with white, black, white stripes at each edge.
