Lloyds Medal for Meritorious Services 1893-1900
Obverse: A shield with arms of Lloyd's, the star points rayed. Reverse: Star points decorated with sprigs and inscription: 'PRESENTED BY LLOYDS FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICES'. A badge given to ship's officers and others for the preservation of vessels and cargoes from peril. Suspended by a ring from a red ribbon with a royal blue stripe near each edge. Fitted with a pin bar.
