Legend: 'MINISTERE DE LA MARINE ET DES COLONIES'. Inscription: 'A HENRY SMITH MATELOT ANGLAIS SERVICES A LA MARINE MARCHANDE FRANCAISE 1876'. Fitted with a loop and ring, ribbon missing.
