Long service award, Imperial Naval Council
Obverse: An inscribed shield with inscription blue ribbon (below) and a small shield, depicting a wyvern within a wreath surmounted by a crown. Inscription (In Russian script): "To Council Member P.G.Osokin" (on ribbon) "Kazan Society of Mutual Credit". Reverse: Similar, but with the anchor badge of the Imperial Naval Council on the small shield. Inscription: "1871 XXV 1896" (on ribbon) "25 JANUARY". Fitted with a ring.
