Exergue: 'FOR WAR SERVICE MERCANTILE MARINE 1914-1918'. Inscribed on the edge:'R. FERRAD'. Fitted with a bar and light green and scarlet watered silk ribbon divided by a narrow white stripe. [Ribbon Missing].
