Badge: Order of the Indian Empire, 3rd Class [miniature]
Miniature breast badge in gold and enamel suspended from a blue ribbon fitted with a gold brooch pin, (the first issue breast badge). Uniface with a red lotus flower, with crown above and Queen Victoria's head in the centre within a blue circle inscribed: "VICTORIA IMPERATRIX". Inscription on petals of the lotus flower: "INDIA".
