Obverse: Winged statue of Victory on a pedestal with four riflemen at the base. Legend: 'THE BELL MEDAL'. Reverse: Inscription within a laurel wreath: 'PRESENTED BY THE SOCIETY OF MINIATURE RIFLE CLUBS'. Awarded to Thomas Bouttell, CPO RN (1888-1960).
