Pot with cover
One of a pair of semicircular bulb pots (AAA4465 and AAA4466). A separate cover has three holders for bulbs and five perforations for flowers. The ends of the stems sit in narrow ceramic tubes inside the base of the pot. The pot is decorated in gold with geometrical floral designs. The base is moulded and sits on three gold ball feet; the rim is scalloped. A main panel is painted in full colour with a view of merchant vessels seen from the shore with figures and ruins.
