India General Service Medal 1854-95

Obverse: Head of Queen Victoria with a diadem, hair tied in a knot (L). Legend: "VICTORIA REGINA". Reverse: Winged Victory standing (L) crowning with a wreath a seated warrior (R). Inscription on edge: "COMMANDER P.S.FALLE I.M." Suspended from a cusped bar ribbon of three scarlet and two blue stripes.
