This wax medallion is entitled 'George III'. This miniature is mounted together with 27 miniatures: however, the velvet covered mount is very light damaged. The wax is cream in colour and depicts the profile portrait of a man. The portrait includes the head and upper torso and upper arm. The background is dark and the frame is round and decorated with gold.
