Binoculars
Galilean binoculars with a blackened brass body and a leather covering (missing on one of the objective ends). The binoculars also have a central focussing wheel, but no independent adjustment of the eyepieces. They once belonged to William Rowe Williams of the Royal Bengal Pilot Service.
