Binoculars

Galilean binoculars with a leather-covered body and sliding sun shades for each of the tubes. The binoculars are not pivoted, but there is a central focusing wheel. Each eyepiece has a choice of three lenses, which can be rotated into place using a wheel on the side of one eyepiece. This is attached to a central bar that indicates which lens is in place - Theatre, Field or Marine - according to how the binoculars are being used. The maker's name is inscribed on each eyepiece.
