Copper plate for printing mariners compass cards.
Plate, printing with two prints. The small degree scale on the N & S points is possible for use in conjunction with a needle slewed to allow for variation but allows for an error of 5 deg. on each side only.
Graduated to quarter points & quadrantally in degrees.
Plate 7" square (17.8 cm)
