steering compass
Steering compass and binnacle 10.75 x 10.75 x 10" (27.3 x 27.3 x 25.4cm). Binnacle has two hinged doors. The compass is unusual type with a lead ring which can be controlled during rough weather. Various parts missing. Pivot spring, pivot for bowl and brass ring found in binnacle. Bowl pivotted on central pin. No gimbals.
