Station pointer.

The instrument consists of a graduated brass circle with three arms radiating from the centre of the circle. Each of these arms has one bevelled edge and one squared edge. The centre arm is fixed, and its bevelled edge corresponds to the zero of the graduation scale. The centre of the circle is indicated by a small nick in the bevelled edge of the fixed arm.
The two outer arms are movable and cann be clamped in any position. They are fitted with verniers reading to one minute of arc, and tangent screws. The silver scale is graduated 0 - 180 deg through E & W by 20 '.
A sliding support is attached to the circle.

Accessories: Three extension arms and three fixing screws.

In fitted wooden box 14.9" x 10.5" x 2.4" (37.9 x 26.6 x 6.1 cm)
