Cistern barometer
Marine cistern barometer. Wooden case. Brass scale graduated 26.0 - 29.0 "Sec".
Two brass rods with sliding knobs (index missing) are fitted either side of scale. Brass suspension loop at top. Brass gimbal ring attached at centre of wooden case.
Glass tube, cistern fitted with a screw at the base to raise the level of mercury in the tube during transportation.
