Sold-Libellensextant
The sextant has a casing of grey-lacquered aluminium and artificial materials, housing optical equipment, a clockwork averaging mechanism, electrical equipment, and a rubber eyecup. The instrument has two index shades, in green and red. The telescope is fitted with a rubber eyecup.
The scale on the sextant is measured from 0° to 80° by 10 arcminutes.
The sextant is contained in a fitted, rectangular grey-lacquered aluminium carrying case containing a reflecting flat, an adaptor, and six light bulbs. Inside the lid is a contents list in German.
