Table-16 x 13.5 x 0.75" (40.6 x 34.3 x 1.9cm). Wood with brass tripod mounting socket attached at centre of underside.
Compass-Dia. of bowl 5" (12.7cm). Wood frame which attaches to side of table. Paper card graduated to 32 points and to360 degs. There is a raised brass ring at edge of card also graduated to 360 degs.
Needle-Length 4" (10.2cm) blued steel with brass pivot cap at centre.
A brass tripod spigot is contained in box. In fitted wooden box 18 x 15.5 x 3.25" (45.7 x 39.4 x 8.9cm)
