A 17 page contract with 18 page specifications for Said Pacha (?), an "armoured cased steam iron screw frigate", bteween Robert Napier and John Napier (known as Robert Napier and Sons), and His Excellency Constantin Musurus, the Ambassador and Plenipotentiary of His Imperial Majesty The Sultan of Turkey. The Ambassador is representating the Sultan and Ismail Pacha the Viceroy of Egypt, who has ordered the vessel as a gift to the Sultan. Finally, John Wingfield Larking is acting for His Highness the Viceroy of Egypt.
