Niagara (1898)
A 12x10 negative. A starboard broadside view of the spritsail rigged barge Niagara (1898) under sail in the lower reaches of the River Thames. She is a staysail barge with no bowsprit and is on the starboard tack. She is in ballast and her leeboards are raised. There is a larger than usual number of people on board and she may be taking part in a Thames Barge Match.
