Scale appears to be 1:12, but this may not be accurate. An unfinished plan showing the sheer lines with superimposed half-breadth of an unnamed 38ft yacht.

A late 20th century note on the plan suggests that this vessel may be the yacht 'Phantom', but there is no supporting evidence for this on the drawing.
