The collection incluces: three manuscripts relating to a family history of the Horsburgh's by M. F. Conolls; a biographical sketch written in 1859; two copies of 'sketches in Borneo' by Rev. A. Horsburgh, 1858; A 'Familie Buke' containing notes and newspaper notices concerning the Lilburne family and James Lilburne, Surgeon, RN. Printed works include an 'Apparatus' by Rev. A. Horsburgh; 'St. Filian of Fife' and 'The Thule of Tacitus' by E. M. Horsburgh. Includes a photograph of James A. Lilburne Hopkinson, May 1905.
