Bowl

Bowl, transfer-printed in dark green and hand-coloured in red, pink and yellow. In the centre is a scallop-shaped reserve, a ribbon inscribed 'TRAFALGAR' placed across the staff of a British ensign, flying above a gun, laurel branch and inverted foreign flags. The trophies are flanked by a pyramid and crocodile representing the battle of the Nile, and a fortress representing the battle of Copenhagen. On the outside two pairs of tritons blowing seashells, their tails entwined, with a wave background. There is an inner Greek key pattern border with a thistle, rose, anchors, palm and laurel branches.
