Vase
A heavy porcelain pot-pourri vase, with gold lion ring handles on either side and a waisted neck pierced with holes. The body is coloured orange and decorated with gold stars. In a reserve on the front is a panel, transfer-printed in sepia with Neptune in his chariot, seated beside Britannia and holding an oval portrait of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) inscribed 'NELSON'.
