Jug
Miniature jug commemorating the Trafalgar centenary. It is made of stoneware, colour-glazed dark blue. On the front is a green moulded medallion portrait of Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805), a coronet above, flanked by naval battle scenes. 'LORD NELSON' is inscribed below the medallion, '1758-1805' above. There are brown stripes around the rim and base, and the jug has a brown handle. The Royal Doulton mark is impressed on the base.
