Jug
Pratt ware jug crudely moulded in relief with profiles representing Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) and Rear-Admiral Sir Edward Berry (1768-1831), the identification altered to Vice-Admiral Cuthbert Collingwood (1750-1810). The figure inscribed 'Admiral Nelson' is facing left to the left of the handle. Collingwood is on the other side, facing right, inscribed 'Adml Collingwood' painted over the words 'Captain Berry' moulded in relief. They have blue coats with yellow lace and orange order ribbons. The inscriptions are moulded on the neck and painted brown. In the background, the sea is painted green with a ship on either side of each portrait with yellow pennants and coloured spots on the sails. The jug has a brown rim inside and out and a brown base.
